STEP 1. Select the appropriate base number of users from the table below. (Example: select 2699

STEP 2. Select the percentages representing the event and temporary user ratios. These
percentages represent the amount of storage required for each event and temp user relative to the
options selected. (Example: select 43% and 13% for a system using Names and Network options.)

STEP 3. Calculate the number of users available with the formula:
Base Users - (Num events * Event Ratio) - (Num temp users * Temp User Ratio) = Users

Example: To determine the number of users available with 750 events and 35 temporary users on a
system with Names and Networking selected during the start-up sequence and the Expanded RAM
installed do the following:
